Nepal Veterinary Council Act, 2055 (1999)

Section 22

Accounts And Audit

(1) The accounts of the incomes and expenditures of Council shall be maintained as prescribed.
(2) The audit of the Council shall be performed by the auditor appointed by the Auditor General.
(3) Government of Nepal may, if it so desires, inspect, or cause to be inspected, the accounts of the fund of the Council at any time.
